Key Responsibilities:
• Support general ledger activities and monthly/quarterly closings as a Staff Accountant
• Prepare and post journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and assist with internal financial reporting
• Partner with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial data – a key task for a successful Staff Accountant
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles preferred for a Staff Accountant)
